  • Trained a YOLOv11 keypoint model on a small manually labeled dataset.
  • Used the consistent charging-station appearance to keep the model compact.
  • Applied PnP on detected keypoints to estimate the 3D location.
  • Deployed the model on edge devices.

The X post above shows the mower estimating relative pose, aligning with the charging station, and completing the parking maneuver.
